Crane Installation

Following the recent letter from Erith, a large crane has arrived on site on Thursday 7th May to lift demolition equipment onto the roof of Clare House.

Demolition works will begin once all equipment has been safely installed.

Jasmine Square Park
Drop in Event

It was great to see so many people come
together in the sunshine on Thursday 23rd April
to enjoy an ice cream, take a first look at the
exciting plans for Jasmine Square Park and for
some, get one last go on the current equipment!
The designs keep some wellloved features that
you requested to keep, including the uniquely
named “Friend Machine,” which will be replaced
with a new version of the original. Construction
of Jasmine Park will be carried out by Hill, with
works due to start towards the end of May 2026.

Update on Social Value Plans

Collaboration with local artist

We are working with local artist Alice Browne to create a mural on the site hoarding as part of the Clare House regeneration. Alice will work closely with local residents and community groups to develop a design that reflects the aims of the development and brings colour and creativity to the area.
Titled Space to Grow, the mural is intended to brighten the building site and create a more welcoming and inspiring environment for the local community throughout the regeneration works.
